Isn’t this series of Mulberry Bags SS07 designed by Giles Deacon (winner of the British Fashion Award for Fashion Designer of the Year) the ugliest things you’ve ever seen?

I mean, the incongruous colours! The mishmash of haphazardly slapped on shapes and lines! Maybe I am only drawn to classy chic and simple lines… so these are definitely not my cup of tea. Even if I get these as freebies, I wouldn’t deign to give it away to my friends!

Celine SS07 accessories, on the other hand, is a different story altogether. Look at the shoes… I know I did, for like a few hundred seconds. Drooling. Look at the heel, it’s not like other conventional heel. The arch is slightly thrown out of proportion and yet structured in a way that’s very stable. The flow of the curves is harmonious and the colours so pleasing to the eye. I love the overall playful mood of the shoes…

The bag… so so… nothing hideous but also nothing exciting about it. I much more prefer my Chloe lambskin tote; will upload picture next week when I get my new phone.. And no, mine does not come with that hideous gigantic lock that so many people love… *shudder* I hate it when my accessories scream logo mania.
