Should I???

12 September 2007 2 Comments

I am actually trying to smile in a very sweet way but somehow I look like sweet “come and get me, buster!” Rachel. Sigh.

I have very long hair falling just below my armpits, which had been with me (the hair, not the armpits) for the last five years now. The last time I cut it to a chin length bob was when I was expecting Geanyne and feeling damn hot (and not in a good way).

Now, I am itching to cut it off. I don’t know why. Might be wanting to escape the same boringness of long straight hair.

What I’d like to know is,

Does my hair make me look like a SPG? Doesn’t help that I have a tan too. Doesn’t help that my face naturally has that come hither look. I am kinda hoping that if I cut my hair to a razor-sharp no-nonsense shoulder length bob that the ang moh humsups around my office can leave me alone. I have nothing against cute white men but I am wildly allergic to leery presumptuous white men who think that all Asian, or Singaporean women for that matter, will fall into their arms at the slightest invitation. Urgh.

A hair-cut can be good for a change but as opposed to a straight no-nonsense bob, I’d say go for a shorter version of your current style.

Shorter around the side, maybe a little length down the back just above the middle of your shoulder blades, and all still layered. :)
