Some brandish designer handbags, others Michelin stars. I've been to all sorts of places from Michelin starred restaurants to hawker stalls. I won't deny I enjoy the swankier establishments but hey, one of our most favourite places in Singapore is a certain satay stall in Lau Pa Sat, too. All I'm saying is, if the food's good, we're there. Well, that’s human nature for you. Some brandish designer handbags, others Michelin stars.

I love street food and I don't think I will enjoy fine dining cos that's not me. I will feel very tense in a fine dining environment like everything has to be proper and must be elegant. Same here ….
