I went to the Sam Hui concert on 29 Mar (one night only) performance and it was Nostalgic. Firstly I was probably the youngest fan. Secondly I grew up listening to his songs, some written by his brother, Ricky Hui, and some written by himself. I loved the easy melodies and humorous lyrics; usually the theme of his songs encourage people to be more light hearted, to be hardworking and adopt a good attitude. Very down to earth, just like he is, just like I am.

I had a very good time that night. The only mar was that some ah bengs tried to pick me up in their car as I was waiting by the side entrance for the cab I called. GRRR.
